All requests for refunds or course refunds must be made using the following form below and will be submitted and processed within 3 business days by our Administrative Assistant. We will respond via email once the refund has been issued. For a user to qualify for a refund or refund the user must not have completed the course and been awarded a certificate of participation and course completion. If the user has been issued a certificate for course completion, then it is our company policy that the user will not qualify for a refund or refund. It is the responsibility of the user to review the course description and course objectives prior to signing up for the course. PubDent.com is not responsible for ensuring that all courses will qualify for Continuing Education credit (CE Credit) for each licensing body and jurisdiction. Each jurisdiction has their own requirements and restrictions and may or may not approve the type of CE course that you have taken. Our courses may be administrative or clinical in nature. Administrative courses are less likely to be approved for CE credit by licensing bodies/jurisdictions; however, may remain of value to the efficiency, productivity, and overall patient care experience.
